Terms of Service.

By creating an account or using STATIC (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. If you're using STATIC for a band, label, or team, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms on their behalf.

STATIC is an artist command center for planning and executing music releases. It includes tools for release timelines, campaign briefs, Smart Links, audience territory mapping, creative direction, an archive of references, and analytics.

We're an independent product and we ship updates often. Features may evolve, get renamed, or move around as the platform matures. We'll do our best not to break things you rely on without warning.

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use STATIC.
• You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account.
• One person, one account. Don't impersonate someone else or sign up under a fake identity.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect your account has been accessed by anyone you didn't authorize.

You own your work. Releases, artwork, copy, briefs, references, links, and any other content you create or upload to STATIC remain 100% yours. We don't claim ownership of artist content, we don't take royalties, and we don't use your masters or artwork for marketing without your written permission.

You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content strictly to operate the Service for you (for example, rendering your Smart Link to a fan, or generating analytics for your dashboard). That license ends when you delete the content or close your account.

The STATIC name, logo, interface, code, and product design are owned by Gauchito Media LLC. Please don't copy them or build clones using our brand.

We use the data you put into STATIC — release info, campaign details, Smart Link traffic, archived references — to power features in your account. Aggregated, anonymized signals may help us improve recommendations and the product broadly, but we never sell your data and we never share artist-identifying information with third parties for their own marketing.

STATIC is currently free to use while we're in early access. Paid plans and billing are not yet active.

When billing turns on, we'll publish pricing in advance, give existing users a fair window to choose a plan, and process payments through a reputable provider (e.g. Stripe). Subscriptions will be cancelable from your account at any time. We'll update this section before any charges occur.

Don't use STATIC to:

• Upload content you don't have rights to, or that infringes someone else's copyright or trademarks.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or target individuals or groups.
• Distribute malware, run phishing, or attempt to break, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Buy fake streams, fake clicks, or otherwise game analytics on or through STATIC.
• Resell or sublicense the Service, or build a competing product on top of our infrastructure.
• Promote illegal activity, hate, or content that exploits minors.

We may suspend or remove content and accounts that break these rules — usually after a heads-up, immediately if the harm is serious.

You can delete your account at any time from your settings or by emailing us. When you do, we'll remove your content from active systems within a reasonable window (some encrypted backups roll off on a delayed schedule).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that are inactive for extended periods, or if we're required to by law. Where possible, we'll give you a chance to export your work before anything is deleted.

STATIC is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard on uptime, accuracy of analytics, and the quality of recommendations, but we don't promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly suited for every campaign. Any forecasts, audience suggestions, or insights are guidance — not guarantees.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Gauchito Media LLC and STATIC are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost streams, lost followers, or lost data, arising from your use of the Service.

For any direct damages, our total liability to you is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and Gauchito Media LLC each consent to that jurisdiction.
